At Basics Clothing Store, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we offer a hassle-free return or exchange within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a return authorization number.

  Pack Your Items

  Place the unwashed and unworn items with original tags attached back into the original shipping packaging or a secure poly mailer.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided in your email and securely tape it to the outside of your return package, ensuring no other barcodes are visible.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; once we receive and inspect the items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
